Logging in to MetaTrader can be confusing if you did not consider the Server you are assigned to and the MetaTrader version you chose during Account registration.
Consider the Log In Details. Lets do it
We are Assigned to a server named "XMGlobal-Demo 4"
Then we choose "XMGlobal-Demo 4" on our Platform and click "Next"
After you chose your correct server in MT4 or MT5, this screen appears. choose "Existing Trade Account". In the Login box, we enter our MT4 or MT5 as is according to the Log In Details they sent to us via Gmail. Password is the one we created when we where registering. some brokers can send you an auto-generated password, just rely on the log in details they sent to you
